If you are ready to buy a share in Hartley Valley Holiday farm, you will need to do the following:

1. Download the current list of shares for Sale.

2. Contact one of the people listing their share for sale, and negotiate the price.

3. Once a price is agreed, contact the farm office via the contact details below, and they will assist you with the paperwork.

4. Once you have received the contract for sale and other paperwork from the office, you should consult a Solicitor or Conveyancer for advice depending on your individual circumstances.

5. Once all contacts and paperwork is completed, your membership will be endorsed by the Board of Directors of the Hartley Valley Owners Co., and then you can enjoy the benefits of being a farm member.
